I use tools and knowledge from multiple modalities, primarily from strengths-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
